We introduce to you, "Rachel and the Revs"

Rachel Greco

Rachel Greco

Minister of Youth

Rachel graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Child and Family Development. After several years working in Childcare Licensing inspecting daycare centers, she moved to Macon, where she served as an Editorial Associate at Smyth & Helwys Publishing for five years. She has worked for the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of Georgia for the last 12 years.

Rachel is married to Jon and has two daughters, Mallorie and Emily. She also has four bonus children and their significant others, along with nine bonus grandchildren. Her household loyalties are happily divided between the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech.

When she is not at work, Rachel often travels between Athens and Atlanta visiting her daughters, with regular stops at Target and Trader Joe’s along the way. She has rescued six feral kittens, resulting in a barn full of cats. Rachel also shares her home with her mom, Renee; her Malinois, Rip; and a horse named Chili.

Working with young people is where Rachel comes alive, which is why youth ministry feels like home. She loves hanging out with students, having honest conversations about real life and real faith, and helping them grow closer to God—all while laughing a lot along the way.
